Terms and Conditions for Local SEO Services

Eligibility and Service Area:

This service is available exclusively to Australian businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) located in designated local areas. Local areas are typically defined as geographic locations with a population under 50,000 residents. For areas exceeding this population threshold, AMF will target smaller geo-specific areas surrounding the client’s business location to ensure effective local SEO

impact.

Service Commencement and Duration:

The service period commences on the date specified by Australian Marketing Funnels (AMF) as the start date, which will be communicated post-engagement. The initial term is one month from the start date.

Service Fee and Automatic Payments:

The fee to achieve and maintain a first-page Google search result is $399 AUD for the initial month, payable prior to service commencement. This fee is mandatory for all new clients seeking first-page rankings. This fee locks in the client at the current pricing; note that prices are subject to increase. Clients who discontinue and later wish to re-engage may be subject to the new pricing structure.

Keyword Selection:

Keywords will be chosen collaboratively between AMF and the client. AMF will provide recommendations based on keyword research, competitive analysis, and relevance to the client’s business. The final set of keywords will be mutually agreed upon and documented before the commencement of the service.

High-Intent Keywords and Services:

AMF and the client will mutually agree on high-intent-to-buy keywords and services specific to the client's location of purchase to maximize the effectiveness of the local SEO strategy.

Optional Ongoing Management and Exclusivity:

Ongoing management service is optional and billed at $299 AUD per month with a minimum commitment of six months if chosen. This service includes maintaining the client’s first-page position and ensures exclusivity by preventing AMF from working with direct competitors in the same local area and business category.

If the client opts not to continue with the ongoing management service, AMF reserves the right to offer first-page ranking services to other businesses, including direct competitors, potentially affecting the client’s position.

Re-engagement Fee and Conditions:

Clients who choose not to continue with the monthly management service and later wish to regain their first-page position must pay a re-engagement fee, which is currently $399 AUD. Please note, this is a limited-time offer and the re-engagement fee may increase in the future. Re-engagement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed if AMF has been engaged by other clients in the same area and category.

Cancellation, Refund, and Service Declination Policy:

AMF reserves the right to cancel the service and issue a refund at its discretion, particularly if servicing another client in the same niche and geographical area could lead to a conflict of interest. This ensures that AMF maintains a high standard of service and ethical business practices.

Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy:

AMF guarantees that it will achieve a first-page Google ranking based on predefined, mutually agreed-upon keywords within one month from the service start date. Should AMF fail to achieve this, and the client has adhered to all recommendations, a discussion for adjustments or a potential refund will be initiated.

Automatic Renewals and Cancellation Policy:

Automatic renewals apply to ongoing management services only. Clients must provide written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic billing for the next term. Initial SEO service contracts without ongoing management do not automatically renew.

Amendments and Governing Law:

AMF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior written notification to clients. Continued use of the service following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and relevant state legislation.

Data Protection and Privacy:

AMF is committed to the highest standards of data protection and complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the handling of client data.

Dispute Resolution:

Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mediation initially, followed by arbitration or legal action if necessary. Specific procedures will be detailed in the client service agreement.

Force Majeure:

AMF will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures.
